    Camera-ready paper submission

        • All accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments.
        • Please note that in addition to the corrections proposed by reviewers, only minor changes to the title and/or abstract may be accepted.
        • All papers must comply with the IEEE conference paper template on A4 paper (MS Word or Latex Format.)
        • Do not insert page numbers.
        • Papers must be prepared in IEEE Xplore compatible PDF format using IEEE PDF eXpress.
        • In order to Create IEEE Xplore compliant PDF files for the 2019 IEEE 14th International Conference on Industrial and Information Systems (ICIIS), please visit http://www.pdf-express.org/ and login with the conference ID: 47346X. If you do not have an IEEE PDF eXpress account already, you may open one.
        • Complete the IEEE copyright transfer process as described below under ‘copyright clearance code notice:’ and ‘Submission of electronic IEEE copyright form’.
        • Please upload the camera ready paper version which is IEEE Xplore compliant to EDAS conference management system.
        • If you have any problem, please contact either pdfsupport@ieee.org or disala@ee.pdn.ac.lk.
        • The submission of camera ready paper will be open from 11th October 2019 and will be closed on 3rd November 2019.

      Copyright clearance code notice:

        • The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper (left footer) according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. Detailed instructions can be found at: www.ieee.org/publications/rights/index.html.
        • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright.
        • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:978-1-7281-3706-3/19/$31.00 ©2019 Crown.
        • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-3706-3/19/$31.00 ©2019 European Union.
        • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-3706-3/19/$31.00 ©2019 IEEE.


        Submission of electronic IEEE copyright form

        • Once you’re at your page for your paper in EDAS, click on the button “©”. This will then walk you through a series of steps. Make sure that the title/author list is EXACTLY as it’s in your final camera-ready paper.
        • All corrections should be done first before proceeding with the copyright  step. Changes to author list is NOT allowed



        No-show policy


        The organizers of 14th IEEE ICIIS 2019 enforces a "no show" policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Considering the prevailing security situation in Sri Lanka, overseas authors may optionally present their papers using video conferencing facility provided by the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not present the paper either one of above methods will be added to a "No Show List", compiled by the Conference. The "no show" papers will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to the IEEE.


        Full Paper submission for review

        • Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers with not more than 6 pages (A4 size) including all figures and references.All font should be embedded. Papers should be submitted only in pdf format in A4 paper. Paper templates are available in both MS word and Latex format. https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

        • Original and unpublished work must be included in the paper.Plagiarism checker will be used in the review process.

        • Names of authors, affiliations and acknowledgements should not be included in the paper submitted for the initial submission. The personal information can be provided in the online submission system.

        • Paper submission will be handled by EDAS Conference Management System. Please use your existing EDAS account if you have one. Please upload paper using EDAS conference management system. For More information, please visit http://www.edas.info/doc/final.html and Abstract submission guide.

        • All the submitted papers are evaluated by a peer review process. The decision of the paper will be notified later as indicated in the important dates. If a paper is accepted, at least one author is required to register for the conference and present the paper.
